At Shema Temple, our core values are more than guiding principles - they are biblical convictions that shape our worship, our discipleship, and our daily walk with God. We are committed to living according to the truth of God's Word, honoring His commandments, and reflecting the character of Jesus Christ in every aspect of our lives.

Obedience to God's Universal Law

We value the importance of keeping the commandments of God found in Exodus 20:1-17, as well as, His complete sound doctrine outlined within the Holy Scriptures.  These commandments provide a moral and ethical guide for life.

Obtaining Salvation through Jesus Christ

We believe that salvation is obtained through obedience of God’s Word in conjunction to faith His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

We embrace a commitment to keeping the seventh-day Sabbath (Saturday) holy and hold it as a hallowed day set apart for worship and rest.

Obedience to God's Dietary Laws

We believe that God has designated certain animals as clean and lawful to eat, while abstaining from meats that He has outlined as unclean and forbidden to eat.

We recognize that the Holy Feast Days outlined in Leviticus 23rd chapter are still commanded to be kept according to their proper rights.
